We are currently looking for exceptional Technical Support Specialists to join our team.

Our Technical Support team advises and guides our wide array of customers as they map any number of business needs to ClickFunnels.

We ensure customers are able to navigate our software with success, all focused on driving business and technical value.

A key fixture of our Technical Support team is the work our Specialists do to understand a customer’s business, work creatively to provide solutions to challenges, and ultimately help their business innovate and transform using ClickFunnels.


  • Engage with customers in a way that thoughtfully changes their perception of what is possible, from both a business and strategic perspective
  • Consult with entrepreneurs across various industries to capture their business problems and work together on how to configure ClickFunnels in order to meet and exceed expectations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting, trends and themes as you go
  • Perform issue identification, communication, and resolution for moderately complex issues
  • Simultaneously prioritize for the best customer experience and while also staying keenly aware of how to drive retention across the entire customer base


  • Energized by working collaboratively to evolve and optimize a customer's business
  • Love for teamwork and the ability to work within different internal groups to enhance our customer’s experience
  • Ability to manage several projects and customers at one time

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Fluent in English with preference for anyone who speaks another language
  • Experience using ClickFunnels
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation services like Aweber, GetResponse, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, etc
  • Good understanding of domain registration and DNS management processes
  • Basic knowledge HTML, CSS, JS, and/or WordPress experience an asset
  • Good understanding of support process and infrastructure
  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface with users and team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude; experience at a technology company or relevant consultancy ideal
  • Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses
