Inside Sales Representative

With over 100,000 users, a growing internal team, and a passion for being the best we can be, we are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to assist us in our growth. 

Inside Sales Representatives at ClickFunnels sell software subscriptions, annual software plans, One Funnel Away memberships, Funnel Hacking Live tickets and other new products that become available throughout the year. They will be expected to travel for a few days once a month and will occasionally be asked to speak at live events for sales purposes. 

In this role you’ll make an impact by….

  • Prospecting for new leads using email, phone, and in person by networking at live events
  • Working existing leads and creating new leads for ClickFunnels sales
  • Selling clickfunnels products via phone, webinars, and live events
  • Upgrading existing users from paused, shared and basic ClickFunnels accounts following the predictable revenue model. Upgrading users to platinum memberships using webinars and follow up through phone and email
  • Networking online and at events to find additional sales, speaking events, or webinars
  • Teaching and training new ClickFunnels customers about our software and culture to  increase the lifetime value of a customer
  • Collaborating and participating in a team environment to drive the successful outcomes of the team, department and company
  • Accurately tracking and reporting sales for commissions earned

  • Ability to work in the Boise, ID office
  • Knowledge of popular third-party integrations such as active campaign, stripe, kajabi, profitwell
  • Ability to use zoom and/or google hangouts and comfortable being on camera
  • Minimum 2 years of experience effectively using selling strategies and techniques via telephone, webinars, and face-to-face interactions
  • Strong presentation skills with experience selling both live onstage and in online webinars with a consistent high closing rate
  • Familiarity with email, internet, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Apple OS
  • Excellent social and customer service skills 
  • High level written, and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a team environment
  • Proven track record of strong ethical and moral character 
  • Previous success in creating mutually beneficial partnerships

We’ll see it as a bonus if you also have….

  • Extensive knowledge of ClickFunnels and all ClickFunnels products
  • Salesforce experience 
  • Customer Service and/or small-business service experience
